The code is posted elsewhere, and linked from here. The idea is that people can come to one place to look for code, but the code doesn't have to be stored in one single place. It could be anywhere - SourceForge, Google Code, blogs, facebook, even ...
So what's your code contribution process? How is this software licensed? How do I know that you have the right to distribute this code? If multiple people contributed to this, how do you know they all had the right to contribute the code?
